With an ever increasing amount of services being made digital by default there is now more than ever a requirement for people to be confident in using computers and the internet. Unfortunately there are a number of people who for whatever reason do not have the confidence or ability to use this technology.

This is why we applied for funding from the Worcestershire County Council's Community Learning Trust, designed to support adult community learning, to deliver a course that focused on computers and the internet for beginners. 

 

The five week course, delivered in The Link, focused on:

* The Internet

* Web Browsers

* Searching the Internet

* Staying Safe Online

* Online Forms

* Email

* Useful Online Services
