On Saturday 14th August 2021 we held a community cohesion event; Using money donated to us by local councillors, Peter Fleming, Anthony Lovell and ex-Councillor Yvonne Smith, we were asked to do something that would bring the communities within Redditch East together.

Tastes of Diversity was an event to showcase the cultural diversity in our community. We invited individuals from Jamaican, Polish, Syrian and Indian backgrounds to put together some samples of food, from their cultures, for everyone to try.

The event was held at Winyates Craft Centre. We worked alongside Inspire CIC and Magicakes to make this event seriously tasty.
